This company are quick, efficient and very fast communicators. Next day delivery on an a tricky rear passenger window glass which I thought was going to be almost impossible to find! To all those haters on the reviews you need to get a grip. When using a vehicle dismantles you need to know a bit about what you are doing. This is not a new car parts service. You should be grateful they are even available to try and keep your old knackers on the road. Most won't hold your hand and they certainly do not have the time or the profit to buff and polish the parts. I am just grateful they're here and trading online. Cheers to all at Bradgate P.S. I have no connection with this business only as a satisfied customer.

Only given one star because they had the part I wanted and it's the minimum mark required to leave a review! This has to be number one place where the customer is most definatly NOT king, the lady behind the counter needs a copy of "How to win friends and influence people" although I suspect she is the boss and doesn't give a damm. Please be aware the car park you see from the roadside is for viewing only, as a valued customer you must park on the busy roadside risking life n limb!!!! Will I use again? NEVER.

Professional after sales service and great communication. Never had any issues purchasing goods from this well established company. Highly recommended! Thank you

Ordered sun visor for my old Fiat Punto (hence used a breakers yard). Stressed the date my car was due to go to my local (ish) garage for various works to be done (5 days time), was assured visor would catch that day's post - it didn't! Arrived too late to be put on the day after the garage visit (imagine if it had been a part needed for major car works), grubby condition with a part missing, rang up as missing part should have been here today - apparently it's on its way. Despite civil emails from myself not so much as an apology from Bradgate Motors. My passengers continue to wear their sunglasses - avoid at all costs.
