Went to the fuel station, and asked for manager about something, there was an arrogant customer representative. His name is Muhammad he said. He behaved really bad. I asked, “can I talk to your manager ?” He said, “No”on my face! Then I asked, “when he is usually here?” He replied, I don’t know! In a really bad manners ! Never coming back !

This is a petrol station, the worst employee I have seen in 8 years, and I am a customer at this station, they are adept at stealing the oil meter, and you will not be able to argue with them, I will not go to this place anymore, and I advise everyone who knows me to beware of the employee, this thief is the worst management now.
Filthy. So something come out of my bank. I get paid this day and they wanted more than even a gold pendant held for $50 fuel. They wanted the entire 50cm length gold chain as well as the pendant held until I pay for the fuel three hours later. Most places give you 24 hours they write down your details and call the police after 24 hours if you don’t return it. That’s Pollock that’s good customer service. Things happening. At least I went in there and sort it out.. I ended up leaving my car and key there.
NOT good anymore. Used to serve by very nice staff, now staff have limited English and lack customer service. Although price is cheaper I'd rather take my business where it's appreciated. Not worth the headache for a few cents.

I’ve filled up here for years now and have never filled up at another place with both cars I have. I’ve never had any problems up until tonight. Came to fill up pressure in the tyre while trying to get it work the worker comes out being rude telling us we’re not allowed to park here. After telling him we’re fixing the tyre pressure which was pretty obvious he told us to do it quickly and leave….. why ??? There was no one even waiting after us for the machine ? The attitude was disgusting and never coming here again
Today Sunday morning near around 12p.m i went the Asian lady Indian appearance was cleaning the store and i took redbull and asked for 20$ cashout when at checkout she was very rude and no greetings or anything just nodded her head which is very rude said NO i humbly requested her again then she say NO No , BP should train the staff members with some customer service skills, i didnt purchased those redbull and came back to my car, I live near by this gas station this was my place to go but now better i change my station. Sometimes this station gives cashout and sometimes no which waste the customer time to come into the station and get rejected by service station attendant, better to keep a firm policy rather than service station employees act rude towards the customer. Shame on u . Thanks . Please take action and give your staff some humble customer service training
Been going to fill up here for years. Always has the lowest price in fuel in the area. Very friendly customer service all the time. Everyone that works there are so lovely and they remember you and always make conversation on how are you doing is everything ok. It’s just nice to see wonderful service and that they care about their customers. Don’t believe the negative comments because it’s not true. No one has ever been rude to me. In fact they make me feel valued as a person. I can be very down in my personal life and work stressors. When I go in to fill up they ask how I am and have a chat and make me feel better. It’s those little convos that make a difference in someone’s mental health. Someone’s I don’t get to talk to anyone and feel isolated. But with kind words from the staff all staff I feel ok and enjoy the rest of my day. Thank you for all the years of great service!
This is my go to for premium quality fuel / diesel. My vehicle has never had an issue with fuel from this station.
