If you are new or unfamiliar to Brighton and Hove and you are starting to take classes with Boxercise Bootcamp, please make sure to identify which of the two venues your class will take place in. While the main venue is in Hove (on Grand Avenue) as an intial google search will tell you, Boxercise Bootcamp also has a second venue is in Brighton (in Regency Square). You can only find that address to their second venue on their website under 'Contact'. There is a 20 minute walk between the two sites. I made the mistake of mixing the two sites and arrived to the Regency Square venue late for a yoga session (20 mins late to a 90 min session), still hoping I might be able to join in partway. It's understandable that I wouldn't be able to join in, but what I don't appreciate was the manner in which I was told; that's why this review is only 3/5 .

It's an amazing spot! With incredible and inspiring teachers, and really good classes. However, It is really small, so just be prepared to go in-and-out quickly, because you won't have space to do anything. Also, they have a cancellation period of 6 Hours in advance, so just beware of that. Because if you cancel later than 3 hours you'll be charged 20 pounds. Other than the cancellation fee and the size of the facility, it is a really good place.

This place is awesome!! Classes are fun, intense yet suitable for all abilities. I like the way the trainers introduce themselves if they haven't seen you at a previous class and make sure you're comfortable with the exercises. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I was always one of those people that didn't really love the gym or push myself enough when I was there....until I discovered Boxercise Bootcamp. I've been going since January 2015 and am not ashamed to say I am addicted! The classes are at great times and for every age and level and give a brilliant variety so that you are never bored. The trainers are all lovely, helpful, motivational people. Best gym classes I've ever done. So good I've signed up for their 5 day bootcamp next April. 10/10.

BE CAREFUL- when signing up for a month you are signing a 12-MONTH contract which is not mentioned clearly at any stage of sign up only in terms and conditions. You also have to give a months notice before you can leave, which is an extremely sneaky way of charging an additional £60 before you can leave.when speaking to customer service there was no sympathy in a potential refund they were extremely rude and actually hanged up on me . Absolutely unacceptable!
