I have been a member for 6 months. I have been complaining from day one about the lack of cleanliness and hygiene of all the installations: changing rooms are awful, lockers disgusting, not much better in the swimming-pool, hot tub, sauna area as showering before or in-between them is not enforced, there's only one shower anyway. Gym is very small and never attended by staff, so finding the treadmill you want to use splattered with sweat of the person who had used before is quite normal, because if clients fail to clean after themselves nobody else does. Most of the staff unhelpful and not very nice. To the price of the gym you should add 4 pounds every time you want to park your car. Needless to say I won't be renewing with them, they've been a great disappointment, didn't expect this from Hilton.

The equipment is mechanically sound polite helpful staff and nice swim spa area. Great value for money considering the surrounding competition.
