Great local pub. Always have good beer and the staff are always friendly. Food is very reasonably priced and decent. Feels clean and covid safe. Very dog friendly too.
Visited on a Sunday night with live music from local groups who were very good. Excellent range of real ales. Friendly staff and landlord.
We absolutely love it here. The landlords are thoughtful and have created an environment where we feel safe coming these days. The food is also amazing. Pizzas are highly recommended!
The Bowling Green has always been my favourite pub. Now restrictions have been put in place they have made it a safe place to still enjoy a nice drink out, have great food and feel welcome. I highly recommend this pub for anyone wanting a drink or some great food.
Good atmosphere,very busy as it was new years eve
Amazing staff and very clean and up to date toilets. We didn't book but I'd advise on doing so. Very well stocked with sanitizer and designated entrance and exit.
Super service. Good selection of beers. Covid measures excellent.. I shall be visiting the pub again
They've made a lot of effort to cope with COVID restrictions, incredibly hygienic and their espresso martini on tap is fantastic
Good atmosphere and also has good measures for social distancing
