Oh my goodness, all I can hear from my house is your brain rotting, horrific Karaoke. Trying to relax after a day at work is bloody impossible. Please atleast close your door! Karaoke is one of the worst inventions - Brits $h1t over every song and it's torture to my ears. Drunks trailer trash on a Sunday afternoon , ew.
Nice pub, just a bit sticky floor and tables
Friendly staff and very welcoming place. Which accommodates all ages. Well done to Maria and Kirsty for making it such a great place to go for a night out. Service: 4/5
Really great pub been drinking in thereon off last 37 years since I was 18Food: 5/5
The toilets were the absolute worst. I was peeing in the urinal and it exited out the leaky pipe all over the floor - dreadful. The sink wasn’t working so I had to use awful, sticky sanitizer that stayed on my hands all night. The other customers looked like they live in the pub day and night, and have teeth like half burnt down picket fences. The decor looks like it was done on a 2012 B&M budget. The pints of Guiness were the best part of the experience. Might return after a refurb.
Went in at lunch time. Not busy. Only doom bar on tap. But I had a nice relaxing pint before catching my bus home.
Really nice and comfortable atmosphere friendly service with a smile , great public house first time I went inService: 5/5
It entirely depends on what you're looking for in a pub. If the psychiatric hospital experience is up your street then you will be treated to plenty of eclectic characters. There is a pretend bar by the front door which you can queue up for and never get served at. The real bar was round the back which adds to the fun. The noise was phenomenal considering the lack of patrons but I feel like the deafaning atmosphere just adds to the charm of the place. Definitely a refined taste but one not to miss for people watching. Also, If you like a zoo - there is a full array of animal print on display. Often multiple prints on one person.
The staff is incredibly welcoming, and the high-quality beverages are offered at reasonable prices. Such a fantastic experience!Food: 3/5
First time visitor ! Nicely laid out and furnished pub, great for watching sport . Pool table and dart board .Good beer and great value at £7.60 for 3 pints. If you're looking for the traditional pub atmosphere look no further. Well done to the Duke of York
