Legendary Independent Live Music Venue in the North West UK, promoting all genres of live music, from open mic through to international touring bands. We love it.

Story

GREAT MUSIC, GREAT BEER, GREAT STAFF, GREAT ATMOSPHERE

We try to offer a broad range of musicians, from up and coming college bands to more seasoned artists; from acoustic and intimate to the loudest and hardest rock! We try to do it all.

With live music each Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, interspersed with ticketed gigs throughout the year, there is something to suit everyone. If that’s not enough, there’s a DJ each Saturday night.

It's a great place for live bands and a dance but you must keep an eye on your drinks. Someone likes to spike drinks in there. 2 nye on the trot me and my friend have been spiked

Great local venue, small stage but enough for a normal sized band. Plenty of floorspace and a number table seats as well, good atmosphere. Good for small/little known performers who are starting out, as well as for well known local acts

Great venue with amazing acoustics. Good selection of Real ale, Lagers & Ciders. Oh & Guinness.

Good beer, reasonable prices, friendly staff and live music.  What's not to like?
