Took my car in for service and some warranty queries, told me none of the jobs were covered by warranty. Came back with a bill listing jobs totalling over £1600. Took the car to another Renault garage, 2 of the jobs have been covered by warranty and that the largest billed job didn’t need doing at all. Won’t use again, nice courtesy car tho

I purchased my new Ford Puma through Gareth, nothing was to much trouble, I told him what I was after and what I had been offered at another dealership and Gareth not only matched the deal I had been offered, but got me a better spec of car.
