Story

Bonners Music Superstore has been established for over 30 years and is one of the largest independent musical instrument retailers in the UK. It has always been our aim to offer the best musical instrument experience in the UK, catering for both the home & professional musician.

We stock a massive range of instruments, music books and accessories, and also provide high quality one-to-one music tuition in our purpose-built music studios.

Band rehearsal space is also available.

Fab shop lots of choice and wonderful staff who really help you make the right decision
Everyone is friendly and supportive and there is some availability for parking
Also has excellent academy for lessons
2 of my grand kids already go and just about to enrol number 3 and they all play different instruments and are aged between 7 and 18
And they all enjoy it 
Refreshments and toilets on site

Did not adhere to their selling terms. Outrageously Terrible Customer Service. I'm currently helping my partners sick father get resolve because Bonners did not want help and adhere to their 14 day return policy via their ebay shop. He kindly bought a piano stool, a Christmas present, with a return within 14 days option. They delivered c. 2 weeks after the order was placed but flagged that they had delivered it 2 days after the order was placed, so when they were phoned 13 days after delivery they declined to adhere to their offer because 'they did not want it back'. I am now having to go to the trouble of getting them to adhere to what they offered as selling terms though ebay and paypal. Paypal have been great, not like these scoundrels.

Very friendly staff and they have an amazing range of instruments it's like heaven for pianists and guitarists
