Would not recommend - charged £79.99 to repair gaming PC, 6 days later it had the same fault, took ages to get in contact and then took even longer for it to be looked at again and was not repaired only diagnosed. Really hard to get any response from emails about updates, no apology, no refund, a very frustrating customer experience.
DREADFUL, laptop was supposedly repaired charged £79.99 but presented exact same symptoms the following day, and company refused to contact us after we left three messages. three weeks later and we still have heard nothing. would not recommend this businees at all.
Exceptional service. I am someone who has built PCs myself, I know a thing or two, however, the staff at Greenlight Onsite are top shelf and on a different tier. I had a problem with my high-end PC, and Ross, who dealt with my case, completely diagnosed a complex issue with the "PC guts" as I call them. Highly recommended; quick turnaround, value for money and trustworthy. He does an impressive cleaning service for £99, takes out all the parts and makes them look brand new. Astonished on how clean it is wish I took a before photo now, but to give you an idea, it had more dust than the desert in it. Nothing but good words. Very pleased, cheers Ross!

This business deserves to go far. Without doubt the best ongoing communication whilst repairs are being carried out, by any provider I have dealt with. The iMac is faster than ever after being converted with Solid State. High quality service and quick turnaround.
Brilliant service, needed some parts installed inside my pc. Simply called and took my pc over, within just under an hour everything was set up and cleaned. Highly recommend.
