Hello Chris. First of all, thank you very much for your extensive reply. Nevertheless, I feel obliged to respond to a couple of points. Firstly, I’m sorry to say that when I visited the shop I was not made aware of any costs for a printer service – but then, to be fair, I was not ordering one; the young lad merely noted what the two problems were and said he would pass the information on. Secondly, although obviously not an expert by any means, I still doubt whether the manual feed problem is actually a software issue because I did manage to get another couple of manual feeds through – and printing – when I got it home, before it stopped again. So I guess we’ll never know about that one. Thirdly, regarding the “roller-like smudge” on copies printed from the tray being caused by the toner cartridge: when I returned home and installed another cartridge it made no difference at all. Finally, no, I did not receive a worksheet when I collected the printer, otherwise I would have known that you had examined it after all. But not to worry. In conclusion, yes, I was happy when I collected the printer – despite obviously being very disappointed that you were unable to fix it – and the young lady was very pleasant. (Although I still find it hard to believe that there are any rollers inside the printer cartridge as she led me to believe.) It has only been since making the above discoveries after returning home and trying again, that made me doubt whether the problems had been properly investigated, especially knowing now that there is nothing wrong with the toner cartridge. Anyway, thanks again for trying – and at no charge – and for responding to my negative comments. I’m sorry I felt obliged to make them, but I hope you can now see why I did. I can see from your customer testimonials that you are undoubtedly a reputable and reliable company; I guess I was just unlucky. Regards, Frank

I use Computer Plus for my PC needs. I have bought a lap top and a couple of great values desktop computers from them and the experience was great every time. Chris and his team are highly knowledgeable and very helpful. I highly recommend Computer Plus.

Fantastic service. I had a fee hiccups with my PC and computer plus were tireless in their efforts to resolve the issues. I can't fault the service I received at all.
