Bought a lovely suit and a few bits yesterday, the Tailor there made the whole experience amazing. Clearly loved his job and went the extra mile through all the clothes in that section not just the suits. 

Rest of the staff where lovely and polite.

It's probably just me, but I just don't like this shop.  It feels like it belongs in the 70s or 80s.  Very old fashioned like the old department stores were.  Maybe it could be considered retro now, but it just does not win me over.  It is very expensive too.

Really good size store with huge variety of products.
All different sections available, from women, to men, children, homeware and also a restaurant.
The food at the restaurant is not bad at all but unfortunately the staff doesn't seem to really get things right the first time.
Every time I went there something came wrong.
Also, the click and collect/customer service is on the top floor, not convenient at all if the intention is to only collect one order  quickly.

I love this store. It gives me a feeling of nostalgia when I shop there. Good choice of items at a reasonable price.

Good for bargains. Small and old looking place. 
Good staff. Product range not as large compared to other Debenhams.
