Very enjoyable. The staff are courteous, very attentive and very knowledgeable. Comfortable surroundings and always invited to have a cup of coffee. We are happy to use them for our cruise arrangements. Ian Hunter.

Bolsover Cruise Club have treated me like royalty for the last 12 years, I have asked them for outrageous itineraries and they always seem to find a cruise to fit my needs. I have been into the Cruise Centre several times to book my holidays and I feel like I’m on board a 5 star cruise liner :). The staff are so helpful and knowledgable, I don’t ever think anyone could match it. Their experience spans back years and it shows. Next ship Celebrity Eclipse :D

Been using Bolsover for 14 years and WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN after today. Spent over £15k with them this year and 4 cruises already booked for next year and will be ringing P&O and asking them to look after us from now on. The service I have received from them today is shocking. No loyalty at all.... standards are definitely slipping and their attitude is appalling. They have lost our business and also from our 4 sets of friends! All because they couldn't be honest with their mess up and offer a goodwill gesture for their mistake. GREED PURE GREED. I will be exposing to every social media site I can to warn people of the service we have received today. Shame I even offered an olive branch to them this afternoon they turned me down. Trying to give them a 1 star but it won't let me! !!! Very convenient!

Excellent service with extremely knowledgeable staff. Booked cruise on our first visit. Highly recommended.
