When H and I visit her brother near Nottingham we always take the short drive up the motorway to this Outlet. We've only ever been there on a Sunday and noted that it was pretty busy. The free car park is massive but gets pretty full on that day.
The Outlet is - well - an Outlet. It has loads of varied shops, coffee shops, stores - everything. H loves it!
Easy to get to and plenty to see, do and buy. Definitely worth a visit.

Lots of great shops. good for  a wonder around. Some brilliant deals. Went got food which was quick service, tasty and the lady even took our trays when we was done. Was a quick trip and very pleasant. Parking was free and plenty of spaces. There was a dinosaur event on that was brilliant entertainment too.

Accessible shopping venue with excellent parking that is free. Staff are friendly and there is a good selection of items to buy although branded clothes is really dominant. Pricing is competitive but don’t expect giveaway discounting. The Next store was noticeably poor in that it presented products like you’d see them at a jumble sale in a church hall.. surely East Midlands shoppers deserve better than that. On the whole retailers store layouts were good and I felt happy spending my money there.

Love this place.
Fantastic selection of stores to visit. The whole area is very clean and well maintained.
The staff in the Bench store are really good. The Woman that served me went out of her way to find me a pair of jeans in the style and size that I required.
The Superdry store is amazing, well worth a visit here just for this store alone.
Car parking can be an issue at Weekends, but that's to be expected.

Access can be quite problematic as there is a single roadway in and out which gets busy as people try to fight their way to parking spaces. However, the battle is often worth it as there are some great high street shops offering discounts.

The food area has always been very clean when we have visited and the range is really good. The play equipment for his is lacking in comparison to other discount outlets. It doesn't cater for the very young and even my 4 year old struggles with much of it.
