My Mother in Law and I have been using Cruise Circle for the last 6 years and have been so fortunate to have Joy Gozzard look after us ever since first being recommended to the Company. We have always found her to be 100% efficient and knowledgeable with all aspects of cruising and nothing is too much trouble for her and all the members of staff employed at Cruise Circle. We have over these 6 years recommended Cruise Circle to many friends and family who would also never consider using any other Cruise Company. In our opinion, they are a first class Company.

As a family we have used Cruise Circle ro book many cruises over the years. The staff are very knowledgeable and professional in all they have done for us - booking cruises, booking hotels and booking transfers. We have recommended the company to friends and family members, all have been very satisfied with the exceptional service they have received.

I have always found Cruise Circle fantastic to deal with. They have a wealth of knowledge and they respond very quickly to any questions that I have. I have booked a number of cruises and the service is fantastic!!

Horrible company. Asked them for help on a cabin allocation issue and received nothing put policy and procedure quoted back at me. Contacted the Cruise Line directly and got the issue resolved instantly. Will not be using Cruise Circles services again in the future. Response Dear Cruise Circle I refused to alter my review not because of P&O offering myself a good will gesture to reallocate my cabin against policy and procedure but due to the standard of customer services I received. When actually escalating my concern/issue to a Female Manager representing your Company, this person actually at one point started laughing at myself down the telephone and this is why I have refused to alter my review which I also explained to P&O directly. I understand that you have offered myself and my family comparative pricing in the past but this level of customer service is not acceptable when you are already dealing with a very upsetting situation.
