I received amazing care and treatment from the first appointment to leaving the hospital. The room, staff and care made me feel more relaxed about my surgery and confident that I would be fine rather than being worried. It felt more like a hotel visit than a hospital visit. Thank you.

I’m very satisfied with the care I’ve received from my consultant Mr Simon Radley during my colonoscopy. He is an “EXCELLENT” surgeon , I highly recommend his services.The entire team at the hospital displayed a high level of professionalism and made me feel comfortable throughout my procedure. Also, I would like to recognise the Pre-op and Recovery Nurse Sam for her professionalism and kindness.

This was my  first time being in hospital so was very nervous as I did not know what to expect. The staff that I encountered were brilliant they made feel really relaxed and had all the answers to my questions which gave me a lot of confidence in there abilities to do a good job. The whole experience was great even though I'd just been cut open and was out of it for a while,  the staff were very helpful and happy in what they were doing which helps so much as a patient as we a nervous enough with the procedure that were taking place, that just helped ease the nerves.  I would like to thank all that were involved in my operation and thanks for the after care received it was brilliant.

Following my operation, the quality of care was fantastic, all the staff were polite caring and made me feel welcoming. From cleaner, catering staff, reception, the nurse and theatre staff. You really gave it your all. All requirements were met.  The rooms was fit for purpose tv, phone etc and had an accessible bathroom en-suite, which was large and again - fit for purpose.  Advice for BMI : you need to up your game with your CQC rating and implement changes.

My experience is very positive. From the moment I entered reception, I was treated positively & professionally. What really impressed me, was that my wife was waiting in reception & when I was in recovery, a member of staff reported that I was ok. Very nice touch. Well done Edgbaston Hospital.

Very professional staff and first class service. It was a pleasant experience. And everyone is very friendly. I would recommend without  hesitation. Keep up the good job you are doing. And thank you for everything.

The hospital and my room were very clean. I had my own room with bathroom. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. My person needs were taken into account. The whole stay was good, my surgery went well and I was well looked after.

I was referred to you by my GP as an NHS patient in the autumn and considering the huge backlog within the NHS I assumed it would be a year or so before my procedure, yet here I am recovering at home already. From the first appointment with my consultant Mr Harmeet Singh Khaira I have been impressed with every member of staff I have come into contact with. At all times I could tell I was being looked after by professionals who were passionate about their job and they truly are a credit to you. Thank you for your wonderful caring service Colin Addis .

Well on 13th on this month I admitted for piles surgery. I was the patient of Dr.ismael and if i say about him,his behaviour was extra ordinary friendly and respectful with me and about nursing staff,they all treated me very well and they were so caring and professional. The medical services I received from hospital during my stay it was exceptional and i felt at home throughout the whole stay Thank you so much for being extra careful about my health condition and general well-being and throughout my stay at your hospital I had no doubt I was in competent and caring hands. And after my recovery i would upload a video thanks msg for hospital too. Thank you again for providing excellent care to me.
