Went here today and the shop owner was the most helpful and kind person! Helped me look for the exact theme and shape. If you're lookinf for something specific I recommend this place, they have a lot of unique pieces!
We discovered this wonderful shop in August on a break to Cornwall, we including the dog were welcomed in and the lady who served us was lovely and helpful without being pushy. My oh got me my birthday gifts while we were there and I have just opened them, even prettier than I remember. Beautiful selection of jewellery across many.price ranges. Will definitely be back in if we ever find òurselves back in Falmouth
Bad experience. Took back a Christmas gift, as I couldn't find anything suitable, I was told I would have to have a gift voucher as they don't refund. However, as the amount was £37, they don't do GV with odd amounts, so I was asked to give them £3 so they could round it up to £40! I asked if I could have a GV for £35 and have the £2 difference, but apparently they don't give any cash back! A policy of BWG! What a con... Contacting Trading Standards... As their jewellery is all cleverly priced with barely anything at the £40 price, meaning, I'll have to put even more money to the final bill. I've never experienced this anywhere before. Once the GV is used, I won't set foot in BWG again, and will make sure my family/friends are made aware of this con!
Had a lovely experience here whislt on holiday and the lady that helped us was fantastic! Would highly recommend this place
