Pop in there on 20th June 2023. About 2.30pm I think. The lady and man are so welcoming and such polite, kind genuine and very helpful people. Omg I had no idea which fudge to choose, so I picked the last and 1st. Baileys flavour and walnut & Maple syrup flavour. Got enough to last a few days omg me amd my wife could not stop eating it. I could even have a giggle with both staff. Thank you for your service such a lovely place, and I will be seeing you again. Guilio McEwan
Looks like nice fudge, was going to spend a lot of money for some for my Dad. Took some pictures to send him to see which one he wanted. Was greeted by a rude man which I can only guess is the owner. Took my custom elsewhere. Manners cost nothing.
I was politelyloitering for the 10.00am opening of the store to buy last minute Birthday gifts today before I headed for work, the owners I think! could not have been more welcoming, asking me to come in whilst they were still clearly setting up. And the fudge? I bought the classic vanilla, and the salted, both gift wrapped. Oh my goodness, absolutely yummy delightful! SXx
Both staff were really helpful. They listened to what I wanted and found exactly the right thing. It was even already wrapped. I have bought fudge there before so I know the quality is great. Nothing could be improved.
We went to the Falmouth Roly's shop today at 12:30 to buy some fudge and the man in the shop was so grumpy. He wasn't nice at all. We greeted him and he ignored us. We wanted to buy some fudge to take back with us to Reading. There are other fudge shops with pleasant attendants who would be happy to sell fudge to us. What a shame as we wanted to buy some fudge. We would rather go to Fudge kitchen, as the staff are all nice and friendly.
Great little fudge shop that has a great selection of interesting flavours. The staff were welcoming and the choice of fudges was excellent, the wrapping service added an extra bonus. Well worth popping in and getting some of the most delicious fudge Cornwall has to offer.
Went in as part of day trip to Falmouth. Terrible service. Rushed attendance. Ended up buying £15 of fudge which tastes like a load of sugar. Felt like I had overpaid by £12. Not worth it at all. Packing was not suitable- for protecting the very pricey fudge
We visited Falmouth yesterday and fancied some fudge but unfortunately left without any. The young lady with short hair serving did not look up from her phone, despite us standing in front of the counter waiting to order. After being ignored for a while, we decided to leave and go elsewhere. Very rude customer service and clearly more interested in her phone than customers! Would not recommend.
Popped in today to grab some fudge, there were no prices displayed. When asking for the price the response was really rude as if that was a ridiculous question. This continued up until payment when trying to pay with ApplePay which was struggling to go through. Regret buying fudge from this store rather pop down to the Cornwall gift shop which has everything you need and the shop attendant is lovely.
Seriously. I went in at 4:30pm on a Saturday afternoon. I asked the price. Oh “this counter is closed” . So rude!! Your hours are until 5pm. I’m not sure how long you will remain in business. So disappointing!
