Oceana and Tracy are a must visit place when in Falmouth. Always so very welcoming and friendly. Four watch batteries replaced with such care & attention. Brian #briantheshorkie loves his visits too. I took in my to Tissot touch watch for a new strap… The owner was courteous and efficient and I have nothing but praise for her shop and her service which is excellent.  Highly recommended.

I took my vintage watch in to have the battery replaced. This was done in a couple of minutes and for a very reasonable price indeed! The assistant was very friendly and helpful too. I will definitely use their services again ... 5 stars all the way

Such a great place, bright and airy, and Tracy always so welcoming, attentive and helpful. Nothing is to much trouble and additional advice always available. It is a pleasure to go in and spend money. Times have been tough over past few years and economy still not great. Good to support local businesses and here's wishing Tracy and Oceana a great and successful 2023.

Had a lovely experience. I needed a new watch strap for my Casio G-Shock and the service was fast, friendly, and affordable! Would definitely come back for future repairs

I love this shop. Tracy is always friendly and always offers great service and minds that I only ever come in for watch batteries. A really lovely independent shop in Falmouth. High recommend.

Several minor repairs to a cherished silver ring, earings and pendant. Tracy fixed two items cheaply and quickly. The third was sent away, slightly more cost but came back pristine, so happy with everything would definitely recommend.

Best service for miles..!! I take all my watches here, and the service is second to none..

Have recently had my watch battery fixed and strap changed aswell as having a clasp removed for a bracelt. Very reasonable prices and friendly service. Would definitely recommend!
