A frustrating but ultimately good experience. I telephoned Seasalt's customer services when my order hadn't arrived within four days. When I asked where it was, I was told it hadn't left them yet. Somewhat furious with this answer, I offered to pay for next day delivery as I needed it for the following day. Alas, "their system doesn't allow it". I even tried to cancel my order there and then but again, "their system doesn't allow it". Then, after a sequence of raging Facebook messages, a sharp and helpful woman called Sophie telephoned me. Within 15 minutes she had arranged for the order to arrive by 10am the following day. So, frustrating but ultimately rewarding! Seasalt need to sharpen up their service if they don't want to lose more customers to the ecommerce giants.
