As always, our experience at Rox was excellent. The staff are friendly, attentive and knowledgeable; they always make you feel welcome. The stores are extremely well-designed and the upstairs champagne bar in the Newcastle store sets it above its peers. Shopping at Rox is always something to look forward to. We have made a number of purchases in the past and will certainly make more.

Fantastic experience. Sarah was very helpful and gave her honest opinion. No pressure sales and a Peroni to celebrate!!! Will definitely be my first point of call in the future

Absolute pleasure to spend my money here. Got treated like royalty with champagne and truffles. Extremely high standard of expert knowledge on all goods. All staff very friendly and welcoming, no pressure to purchase or make quick decisions. The most relaxed and enjoyable retail experience I have ever had and would happily return. Andrew in particular was outstandingly amiable and did everything to make our experience here 5*.

The moment you walk through the door the attention to detail is there to see the staff are so friendly and warm.The customer service is first class, my son was really impressed with his purchase.

Spent most of the day in jewellery shops in Newcastle. When I got to Rox although I did not find exactly what I wanted they took the time and effort to design and order the right item. They have put the resources & staff in place to make shopping an enjoyable experience.
