Food is excellent no complaints there, customer service not so much. Ignored for ten minutes not even a “be with you in a minute” then they got my order wrong. Would not complain if it was a one way ff but I have been three times and customer service has let them down on each occasion. It’s a shame really because the food is so good.
Start with the positive. Value for money in terms of portion size brilliant struggled to finish it. Now for the bad bits, the wait was horrendous just shy of a hour for one sausage & egg bagel. I understand it can get busy but at least warn the customers before taking there order wasn’t the warmest of days to be stood for a hour. Food it self was not worth the wait slapped together didn't know how to tackle it. And well it just wasn't nice, No flavour at all bland and boring. But if time is irrelevant to you and you just want to be full for a good price blue gem is for you!

This is the best snack bars we have visited. Excellent variety of hot and cold food. Great service from Sam, Lisa and the girls. We have recommended to friends and there also open at weekends.
Great food, very clean. 12-1-23 wasn't there.Update. It wasn't their fault as road works were being carried out. I still stand by my review of it being an excellent cafe and worth a ride slightly out your way.Food: 5/5
Not just a burger van! They sell everything from salad boxes to heart attacks. Good value too
Very tasty food and the size of the portions is great value. As a truck driver it can be hard to get parking as they are alway super busy and can take a while for the food but it’s worth the wait!

Best snack wagon I've been to local to Medway and Maidstone. I'd recommend the grilled chicken BLT and their chips
