Beautiful period English property houses a Thai restaurant. An odd combination, but it does bring an element of charm to the oriental dishes that are served there. Service is delivered by a down to earth Georgie and Thai business partner. The dishes are explained with rehearsed precision. Recommendations were good, food quality okay and price a little on the high side. The panda leaf and coconut bun dessert was light and tasty, the pick of the dishes.

Venue is nice warm and cosy, the service was very slow to start but improved once the food arrived. The food to be fair was excellent however the quantity was tiny especially given the cost. We all felt it was exceptionally expensive at £48 pp. Would we go again..... not if we were hungry 🤔 But EXCELLENT food - tough crowd!

Over priced, some of the food was inedible and the staff are slow, lacking in manners and it was all round the worst Thai we have had. We got a starter which was the sharing platter and no complaints there, but it was deep fried packet food. Lovely. Job done. Then we ordered a egg friend rice, pad Thai, beef and chilli (which was be smallest plate of food for 2 people I had ever witnessed in a restaurant) and a Thai green curry. The curry was like water and ginger, no flavour and 2 prices of chicken. The Pad Thai was nice in flavour BUT the 3 pieces of chicken I tried was gristle and made me gag. The chicken was hit and miss. The egg friend was was tasteless. We ordered two drinks and sat there for an hour and weren’t asked for a replenishment then was given the bill... CHEERS. The waitresses/waiters are all 16/18 year old children that clearly didn’t want to be there on a Saturday night. One even said ‘ite’ to me. And the matradee was just wasn’t really bothered about our table or us, given we were one of the politest tables In there. The tables were so so so close together I near on was being involved in someone else’s conversation and didn’t get the chance to talk to my other half properly about some personal matters. Which leads me to my last gripe... £75 for this was so not worthy considering we drove 40 mins to get there. We left and went to Mac Donald’s for a large coke, ice cream and a talk by the river. I will express my reviews to anyone who asks and will recommend people not to go here. Rude, overpriced and Tony portions. THAI FOUR TWO in Rochester everyday ... Happy weekend everyone

Ended up in Tesco's as left hungry...very small portions, overpriced and the owner was rude and did not make us feel welcome.
