Rude staff at Maidstone office said she had no idea why my mother would want to cancel her meals having been messed around all week with food not arriving and when it did the portion sizes had suddenly halved. Rude girl said she was confused and put the phone down. We spent a long time persuading my mother to try the service and to start it was a good service for 3 months but not now. They undid that in a few days meals turning up at 3:30, 11 then nothing. The fact they messed up could have been explained and corrected. Putting the phone down on you is pathetic. Still she was confused someone had dared to complain bless her potty mouth.
One of the worst customer services we've ever experienced. They routinely keep you on hold for 40 minutes or more, and unfortunately you have to call them regularly in order to make the orders and to sort out the endless problems with the service. If they call you and you miss the call, bad luck, you have to call them back and be put on hold for another 40 minutes. We've been asking for a menu to be sent out since October. They never sent it. If the dish you have ordered is out of stock they just randomly replace it with something else, with no thought to the preferences that you might have. We have been using this service to provide meals for my wife's elderly mother, but the customer service is simply unacceptable, because dealing with this company requires you to be on hold for several hours a week. Forget it.
