Fantastic service from Blue Arrow. Dropped off and picked up at Heathrow. Drivers were exceptionally helpful as I was travelling alone with a baby and 4 year old. Will definitely use them again.
Used 3 times now for airport drops and convinced my son to sack off Roadrunners and use these guys instead too. To date they’ve been on time , super helpful and their prices are fair. ‘Roadbummers’ your days are numbered - use Blue Arrow as they are so much better than anyone else
Driver from hell itself. Rediculous speeds driven through country road in pitch black conditions without using full beam. Then 50 in a 30mph zone and then to top it off 65-70 in a 40mph zone. Nearly refused to pay but just glad we made it home with our lives. Will never use again.
I have used blue arrow for some time and always found them very professional. I called tonight and the person who answered was very rude asking for first name, middle name and date of birth. There was someone in the background and they were laughing loudly., obviously thinking they were funny he then called me by a name which wasn't very nice. I would appreciate his manager calling me
Absolutely disgusting service we had a late flight from Gatwick our flight didn’t get in till midnight I booked a taxi when we landed they told us it would cost 23 - £24 and to give them a call when we get to baggage claim we called them and they told us it would take them 20mins and to meet them outside premier inn we get to the pick up point about 20mins later we got a call back from the main office saying they would be another 25-30 mins, we had no choice as it was really late and we had our three girls with us and just to add one was a 2 year old toddler. they got there after 35mins which was an hour and 4 minutes late in total we finally got home and we handed him £25 and he requested it was £35 so we called the office and they confirmed they said it was £23- £24 that they had quoted but they made the mistake of telling us the wrong price and wanted us to pay £35 instead which we refused to pay after the poor service. We will definitely not be booking from this company again
Absolutely shocking. I booked a cab to and from a venue. The cab there was fine although the card machine wasn't working so we had to stop on the way to get cash out. The return was a joke. I called up to see if I could amend the time of the cab which would have cost me more, so I left it. The guy on the phone then told me I was supposed to have pre-paid for the cab which wasn't mentioned before also, I wasn't comfortable paying for a service I hadn't yet received, but I paid anyway. It go to the time I was supposed to be picked up and they called to say I hadn't paid, these calls went back and forth for over 20 mins meaning the cab hadn't even left to get me, before they realised I had in fact paid! In the end, the cab was so late bearing in mind it had been a very long day at a wedding and I was shattered. I was absolutely fuming, such bad service, I would not recommend this company
Drivers were friendly and polite but the bloke on the controls in the office was very rude and arrogant was not happy at all with the way he spoke to my my mum on the phone when she was trying to sort a taxi. Disrespectful
Picked up at Gatwick after a long flight and the driver refused to take card payment and wouldn't even entertain the idea despite admitting the machine worked and he just didn't want to pay the card fee. He pulled into a petrol station on the way home and insisted we take cash out of the ATM to pay him. The driver who dropped us to the airport for our outbound flight was great and took card payment no problem so not sure what the company policy is on this
I'd not used this cab company before but thought I'd try them based on how poor the Roadrunners taxi service which I normally use has become. I rang them and arranged a pick up time of 6:30am every morning for 4 days to take a friend who was housesitting for us to work. They arrived on time on the 1st day, about 10 mins late on the 2nd day, almost 30 mins late on the 3rd day, and we cancelled them on the 4th day as we had no idea when they might turn up. I will never use them again and the quest to find a reliable cab company in the Redhill/Reigate area continues.
Really annoyed at this company... They are more expensive than roadrunners and a lot more unreliable always late and they have some guy in front office who's quite rude and always watching videos on his phone i would not allow that. He sent my taxi to complete wrong address for 3rd time. Sort it out please.
