Driver sat in his car watching me - elderly female - slowly and with difficulty, totter towards him on crutches a serious injury following an accident absolutely no help whatsoever. Arrived at destination - REDHILL HOSPITAL - and sat and ignored my struggle trying to get out of car … until it eventually became obvious I wasn’t physically able to exit his vehicle until he got off his backside, came around, opened the door and assisted me simply by holding the crutches so I could manoeuvre myself out … frankly, a disgrace to manhood let alone the taxi driving industry. Very clearly couldn’t care less and lacking in any empathy towards his “bread and butter”.
We thought we had booked the cab for an early morning flight to Heathrow but by some mistake it didn’t go through. I called roadrunners as the cab didn’t turn up they immediately arranged a new cab which was with us in 5 minutes and the driver Jaffer was very well behaved and helpful. Thank you for the service.
Amazing driver. Someone left a phone in the car before me and driver acted straight away and gave the phone back. Great chat, clean car and a very polite driver. I hurt my hip and took some time getting in and out and driver made me feel like it’s ok to take a bit longer and kept assuring me to be careful and take my time. If there was more stars I’d give them all.
My first time travelling with your company and all I can say is it was excellent and efficient. Mark was my driver to Gatwick in his tesla luxury car on Monday 8th of April. He was chatty, polite and friendly. Excellent service and fantastic taxi driver. Will certainly use this service again on my next visit to my sisters in Surrey. Thank you millions.
It started out as what I thought was going to be a good service as I'd used the app to book and pay but reality is it's actually really poor service. The app is not fit for purpose as you have to phone and confirm that the taxi that you have already paid for is going to be there? Not mentioned in the app and then the phone operator wants to argue her point whilst I've been waiting! AVIOD this disfunctional taxi company
If I could give 0 stars I would. Shocking customer service. Was left waiting 45 minutes past my booking time before my taxi arrived with 0 communication from the company. Thought we’d give them a second chance and order again on the way home. Driver was showing to be waiting for us in the car park. As my partner and I approached the driver then drove away. Called the number was told it wasn’t our taxi even though the number place and make matched what we were waiting for. Guy on the phone refused to tell me how long a taxi would be and refused to provide the number for head office! Again we sat in the cold for 45 minutes with 3 phone calls made by myself before we cancelled and got an Uber! Absolutely shocking!
Fantastic service. Darren was timely and great company throughout the journey, getting us to Heathrow in good time. Competitive price too! Highly recommended.
The price is too high for under 2 miles at 9.20 it's cheaper for me to park. So I will have to do this from now on sadly. As you have always been good on price.
Just booked a taxi for 5am to take us to the airport for our flight at 7:05 to Gatwick. It got to 13 past and the taxi was still not here, couldn’t get through on the phone. Then at 15 past the driver said he just left? For an airport pick up? We could’ve missed our flight? No communication this company is a SCAM
Our taxi drivers name was bilaal and he was such a kind gentleman, me and my husband and baby decided to go take a look at the raigate hill viewpoint and got lost we walked for around lost for hours and got to the pheasant pub from there we called a taxi to try get back to our car but it brought us to the other side of the viewpoint which would’ve been a 10 minute walk to the car in the dark and we didn’t know the area however bilaal was so kind and brought us to where our car was at no extra charge an incredibly kind gentleman he gets all the stars from us
