This is a amazing restaurant and I highly recommend it. You need to book ahead especially if coming to Swanage on holiday. I had the belly of Pork and it was superb, the crackling was crisp and crunchy but not chewy, fishing boats didn't go out today as stormy weather .had rhubarb, ginger and orange crumble for dessert , really tasty.
My sister and I took our mother for her eightieth birthday and we had a wonderful experience. The food was fabulous and the staff were friendly and attentive. They really made my mother feel special and I cannot recommend this lovely place highly enough.
Truly exceptional bistro in its class. Fairly minimal modern decor. Interesting menu. Excellent cooking with lots of subtle flavours. Attentive and friendly service. Good value for money. Highly recommended? No : very highly recommended!!! We took a detour from Sussex to Cornwall to spend a couple of nights in Swanage but mostly to revist Bliss which we first discovered by chance in 2019.
We have been to Bliss several times and we love it! We have always enjoyed our meal there so we decided to use Bliss as our wedding caterer and we couldn't have chosen anyone better. Each wedding guest was able to choose from 3 different starters, mains and deserts all of which looked and tasted delicious and the staff were fantastic! It was so easy to communicate with Bliss and nothing was ever too much trouble. The smoked salmon pate is to die for and all their homemade deserts are incredible. Highly recommend!
I have eaten here many times and often make a special trip from Dorchester as the ingredients are all local and the dishes are just delicious! My favourites are the Bliss Bowls and their desserts are just dreamy!!! I had a zingy and indulgent raspberry pavlova with lime and loved it! The service is so friendly and they never get an order wrong, which a lot of places do. Great wine selection too! Their new takeaway offering and the BBQ and picnic salad bowls are so handy! Love the Bliss Food Co and always recommend!
Lovely atmosphere and colour palette. The staff were friendly. There was a bit of a wait for the food because it was incredibly popular. However, it was worth it, the food was absolutely delicious: top quality nosh. I had the fillet steak rare, which, in my opinion, was a better quality than that found at a few other restaurants I've been to. Overall, it was fantastic, the flavours balanced well and the potatoes/veg complimented it wonderfully. Although the tomatoes threw the dish off a bit. The deserts were also scrumptious. 10/10 would recommend.
Lovely little find! On holiday with two friends. Dinner here was a highlight. The steak was cooked to perfection and the chocolate fondant was spot on. Service and food is worth a 5* review. Independently owned and run
Great experience, as soon as we walked in the staff were really helpful and friendly. The restaurant had a beautiful aesthetic and super comfy chairs. The food was delicious, great portion sizes and all were really fresh and healthy. All were served quickly even when the restaurant was filling up. Could not say anything negative about it.

Feel really confident with your measures you have put in place, it's there's but so discreetly , it made us feel relaxed. You have done it so well .
