Family friendly and dogs welcome too. Excellent food with good although limited vegetarian options. Booking recommend especially at busy times like Sunday lunch. Very friendly staff made us very welcome. All in all an enjoyable visit and we will be visiting again soon.

Lovely pub with good food. Table staff are generally polite and attentive but the bar staff can occasionally come across as a bit abrupt. I’d avoid this place if there’s a football match on as it can get a bit rowdy in there and you can’t really hear yourself think. Otherwise it’s ideal for your Sunday afternoon meal.

Lovely place, fantastic value Sunday carvery. Not rushed at all, we had our table for as long as we needed it.
