Usually the food tastes amazing however they quite often have no ice cream products which my only prevention from giving them a 5. Great McDonald's overall though

The food varies. However my biggest complaint is the car park next to it. The amount of litter and lack of bins is disgusting. The car park is also frequented by "boy racers" from 23:00 onwards. Literally speeding up and down. Over revving their engines, honking horns, racing around, doing circuits and exiting the wrong way (which is one way) at speed. Personally I feel a company such as McDonald's should be fined for every item with their branding on that is found littering an area.

No hair nets, took FIVE staff to put together an order that was missing CHEESE from a CHEESEBURGER - first assistant Nick likes to tell customers he's a manager before disclosing that he isn't.... Maybe nick should leave his CAPABLE staff in charge rather than insulting customers down the phone.

Short version : bad food, bad service, bad smells. Avoid! Long version : As you arrive you will be welcomed by the overwhelming smell of faeces from the sewage treatment plant right next to this McDonald's, delightfully mixed with the smell of weed and rubbish that litters the entire area. The carpark is not only painfully small, but has become the local drug dealer spot, so expect to see shady men and teenagers sitting around on the grass verge and throwing rubbish everywhere... Which is never cleaned up. Food wise.. it can be hit and miss. The only time you will get something that kinda represents McDonald's is during a busy lunch when they are cooking fresh. The rest of the time you're presented with dry, overcooked food that has obviously been sitting under the heat lamp for a few hours. There is no consistency or standards. Sometimes your fries with be salted and crispy, the next time soggy and unseasoned. I have had 2 banana milkshakes in a row, without banana flavouring, resulting in a milk-milkshake. It's not as nice as it sounds. The staff are... Bitter. I assume they must be treated like absolute rubbish because they pass this onto their customers. Every little request feels like you are asking for a mountain to be moved. A few months ago when i visited late at night ( around 1am ish ), it took 30 minutes to be served. Why even have 24 hours if you only serve half the time ? This evening I was passing by with my dog. There was 3 customers inside and only a few drug dealers smoking cannabis in the carpark. I phoned into ask if I could use the drive through so I wouldn't have to leave my dog tied upside in the presence of stoned teens, but alas, asking to simply be served at a window instead of a counter was just to much to ask. God forbid anyone make a custom order here. If you don't like gherkins, you're best of picking them out yourself.

Received what I expected in all honesty. Processed, poor quality burger and mass produced fries which were limp and lukewarm. At least the Coca-Cola was drinkable.
