It’s very practical! Close to the city, easy to get there, cheap fair on the train, fast and attend all the needs when flying. Have some good shops and places to eat. You don’t face big queues and it’s quite. Never more I’ll fly from any London airport anymore! Nice option

Two suggestions: tear up the 80s carpet and put dividers between urinals - very old fashioned not to have them. Another idea would be to put up a large poster showing passengers how the passport should be placed on the e reader machines . Very simple steps!

Arrived on Emirates flight at 18.45 .flight excellent. Passport control excellent. Luggage terrible experience, first had to pay for luggage trolley unbelievable, then told luggage arriving on carousel 3 later also announced arriving on carousel 2 how do you watch two carousel at same time chaos what a joke. I hope it never happens again. Please sort it out as i love the airport.

Always found it quick to check in and get through security outbound. Returning though using the "faster" electronic immigration gates is MUCH slower than it ever was with human immigration officers yet there are always officers sat there doing nothing. Sadly they are only available to non UK citizens who walk through instantly with no queue... why treat UK citizens worse? You used to be able to choose and I always chose the human but now as a UK citizen you don't get the choice except to queue up for half an hour for a machine. Surely if there's a big queue at the machine and no queue for the human officers why have them sat there doing nothing; allow people the choice!

Excellent airport experience so far!! I lost my watch at security and the guy there was very helpful trying to find it - turns out it was in my wife's jacket hood!! Very good value of site parking too many it was far cheaper and easier than any of the London airports.
