Absolutely shocking service Dropped my van of for service at 0730 Got a phone call about 1000 am saying it should be ready by lunchtime Phoned again at 3 and was told they are just updating cpu and they would ring back in 40 mins. Not body rung! Drove down there at 5 and was told another hr. writing this now in the garage at 1853 and still no van. Just seen my van now turn up in the car park 1905. Friday night ruined.

Very efficient and clear explanation of what would be done. Vehicle was due to be ready for 5;00 but got a text advising that the car would be available from 2:30 and it was. Great service with a smile!

The service department is an absolute disgrace. He hung up on me because he couldn't grasp an understanding of the query. I will be calling the main Franchise direct to place a formal complaint.

Poor dealership brought a mobility car and am now handing it back I have never been so humiliated or insulted by a salesman steven ray he laughed at me at my expense and several other people joined in I was made to look a fool and I will never ever set foot in birch wood ford eastbourne ever again not even had an apology from him.
