We ordered our Land Rover Defender at Harwoods Land Rover Brighton with Max Boothby. The whole experience was five star. From the moment we went into the show room Max was charming, professional extremely knowledgeable about the product and endlessly patient with our many questions. Max helped us build our perfect vehicle and made the whole experience pleasurable and exciting. We came across a problem with the build due to a shortage of parts. Max was brilliant at constantly communicating with us and keeping us updated. He phoned us on New Years with the exciting news that the car had made it to the production line and bless him he sounded as excited about as we were! The entire experience from test drive to build, to the exciting day when we picked up our new car has been fantastic. Max made the whole process really special. Thank you so much to Harwoods Land Rover Brighton but particularly to Max who has made the whole experience really special. Harwoods are lucky to have you him! Iv had such a positive experience in purchasing my Discovery from Harwoods Land Rover in Brighton. I had the pleasure to be helped by Max who made the process as enjoyable and easy as possible. Max went that extra mile and delivered on all aspects I could have wished for. It’s been a couple of weeks since and looking back I cannot fault a single thing. Only to thank Max and his team for the wonderful service received in purchasing my new car. 10/10.
Although ordering my vehicle during a particularly difficult period Peter was extremely helpful throughout, keeping me abreast of any information he received via email and scheduling calls with me every four weeks so that I would know exactly what was happening. Simply Amazing! I spotted a vehicle that I liked on Autotrader from Harwoods Landrover Brighton so went in for an unscheduled chat with a salesperson. The receptionists at Harwoods were cheerful, helpful and made my partner and I hot drinks with bonus biscuits. The salesperson, Craig Reilly, met us and discussed my vehicle needs. Craig is such an asset to Harwoods. The vehicle that I had wanted was sold but Craig managed to find a vehicle that was better which I have just collected :. Craig did not try to hardsell us. He stayed within our budget, was knowledgeable on the features of models and had a crackingly good sense of humour. He negotiated an exceptionally good value for our trade-in and was explicit on what we needed to evidence to retain that trade-in value. When we collected the vehicle, the Finance Lead and Head of Sales Jamie came over and congratulated us - that's a touch of class Harwoods! Craig earns 5 stars out of 5 stars from both my partner and I. Take a bow Craig, you have earned it.
We recently purchased a Range Rover Velar through Harwoods in Brighton, our salesman was Nicholas Gordon. Firstly the car is lovely could not be happier with our choice, and secondly the service we received from Nick and all at Harwoods was exceptional and would highly recommend them to all.

Enquired about a vehicle last week, salesman was friendly and helpful unfortunately when he went to locate it on site, it had been moved on so it was no longer for sale at the dealer but he told me where I could find it. Ive since bought the car thanks to him.
