Ben was able to diagnose and fix a problem which I’d been referred onto a VW dealer for. He didn’t charge for the diagnostics other places were quoting me in the rejoin of £80-100 for and the problem was fixed there & then. It’s always good to know where you can find a genuine, trustworthy & knowledgeable mechanic. Here is one!
Ben went above and beyond to ensure that my car was available in time for my brother's funeral after the VW main dealer could not. Excellent value for money, extremely knowledgeable. A problem-solver who not only relishes chasing down issues, but delivers the solution. Highly recommended.
Ben is a real rarity - a great mechanic who knows the job inside out, charges incredibly reasonable rates, clearly loves what he does and is refreshingly prompt and efficient when responding to messages. He'll always say yes to having a look and keeps you up to date with his progress - he even once came to my house on a Sunday when my rear wheels locked up! Unlike any mechanic you've ever come across, in the best possible way.
What a great guy. Really sociable and friendly. Knows his stuff and if he doesn’t know he won’t try and rip you off. Sorted out my VW T5 brake lights. Great service. Will definitely use him again. Thanks Ben.
I would absolutely recommend Ben to everyone. His work is meticulous and very fairly priced. I always understand what work has been carried out and anything I should be aware of for the future. I cannot speak highly enough of the service we have received from Ben since first taking our T5 to him.
Ben is a rare thing. A mechanic that really takes time to work out what the problem is with the car and to fix it with care and without unnecessary expense. He recently saved us about £700. He is kind and friendly. I highly recommend him.
Finally I have found a mechanic that actually knows what he is doing as well as being a thoroughly nice chap. Ben's price was fair and the work is to a high standard. I feel very fortunate to have been given Ben as a contact...Thanks!
First class cam belt change, brake calliper replacement and full service of VW Golf by an excellent mechanic. Very happy with the work done and a very fair invoice for parts and work carried out. Ben even had before and after videos of the cam belt change. Why go anywhere else?
