After having trouble with another second hand car dealer, selling me something I was told is ‘unsafe to drive’ by another mechanic, I was very nervous about my next car purchase and decided to up the budget a little bit I read up on Bluauto and decided to make the 160 mile round trip as I was interested in a VW Golf they had only just got in From the second you arrive, it feels like you’re buying brand new - the service and information I got from Guy really put me at ease and there was no pressure to purchase I decided to go for it, and asked whether it could be delivered - which they did unexpectedly for free That was 4 months ago now, and I have to say from day one I couldn’t believe it’s even second hand - it’s been reliable so far, and the condition was incredible
Great service and great car Ben at Bluauto provided me with a fabulous car for my daughter. Spotless throughout, serviced, MOT'd, wheel alignment, history, everything was checked and done just as he said it would be, when he said it would be. The transaction was smooth, easy and genuine. I highly recommend Bluauto and particularly Ben.
Excellent customer service I had a fantastic experience buying a car. The process was stress-free and pleasant. Ben was very thorough and well-informed. I was looking for a pre-owned vehicle with low mileage and had my type of interest in vehicles. I was placed in the perfect car. It looked like brand new even though it was a preowned car and Ben handled me very well. He was very kind and knew just what I wanted based on my interests. I walked out happy and appreciate the great customer service. The vehicle was serviced, given a new MOT, valeted, and detailed at no cost. I highly recommend Bluauto.
Bespoke Customer Service from start to fi Recently purchased a 66 plate VW golf from Bluauto where I liaised with Liam. He was very patient and informative and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Having a fresh MOT with advisories repaired as standard and a service included is a no brainer along with a professional valet. Very happy with the car on pick up which Liam was even willing to stay later just to fit around my schedule. Along with an affordable extended warranty I am a very happy customer and highly recommend anyone to Blueauto.

I recently purchased a car from bluauto. The whole service for the purchase from start to finish was great. The salesman who dealt with me was Ben and he was very helpful. The whole process was smooth, straightforward and the level of customer service was very good. The detail gone in to getting the car ready for handover was also very good, with a brand new mot with no advisories, a service and valet, a full check over of the car. I love my new car and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again and would highly recommend them.
