Just bought a car with Birchwood Ford Halland. I would highly recommend. Ross and James made the process simple and stress free. They were both very friendly and helpful and put me at ease - even going to the trouble of giving me a lift from the train station so I could easily travel to see the car. Bought an outstanding Mazda from here 4 weeks ago. Jack and Ross were the most helpful, professional and patient sellers we have ever encountered. Our numerous questions were answered in depth, they were welcoming and definitely knew the car. The car itself is out of this world. We drove about 90 mins to get there and would do this again without hesitation. A great team and would recommend to anyone.

Although it was frustrating having to wait such a long time, I was never left for a long period of time having not heard anything. Jack kept in touch every week/ couple of weeks even if there was nothing to report. I also felt there was a more relaxed and less pressured atmosphere in Halland than other dealerships. "
