Ben, Kelly and the team at the Thatched Garage are second to none. Always willing to advise and help. Their knowledge is exceptional. My ignition system developed a fault on the morning I was to go away. They took my Landrover in and within a short time we were on our way. Secondly, my engine developed a crack and once again they fitted me in to their already busy schedule. I do recommend them to anyone who asks . Be prepared, and book well ahead.

Drive a V8 F-type Convertible, and had a problem with the soft top roof. I contacted Jaguar Land Rover in Brighton and was immediately, politely, of course, given a runaround to have my roof serviced. Can I come in after Christmas? I remembered The Thatched Garage, as honestly, if you drive that road often, it's hard to forget! Yes, they say, bring it in, we'll have a look. I did just that and within 15 minutes the problem was fixed. Incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I do believe my F-type will be serviced there in the future. Seriously, a convertible needs to have the roof down! Much appreciation for your efforts.

Recently purchased a vehicle from this wonderful garage. Lovely team who cannot do enough for you and make you feel extremely welcome. They really know their stuff when it comes to cars - and specially Land Rovers! Being a second hand vehicle it did have a couple of niggles who were promptly sorted. We feel at rest for purchasing from such a reputable company, knowing full well they will do anything within their power to help their customers with their vehicles. I recommend this garage for purchasing of a vehicle as well as any repairs and maintenance.

By far and away the best car service experience I've ever had! Better than BMW and Porsche main dealers and specialists, and miles ahead of the official Land Rover Dealer network. The Thatched Garage were responsive, had good availability, clear and competitive pricing, fast access to parts and an effortless end-to-end service.  Quite brilliant really. Land Rover main dealers would learn a lot from them.

Absolutely over the moon. Bens knowledge on Defenders is second to none. The team are excellent showed me in depth the work they had done. Ben talked me through all the options available to me and we agreed with what needed doing. Very reasonably priced. Kelly was a joy too and I cant leave little Baxter out. He’s a star too. Definitely recommend.

Since moving to East Sussex just over a year ago, Ben and his team have serviced my Freelander twice and have been excellent. They are very knowledgeable, provide a personal service and charge a fair price. I feel very fortunate to have the Thatched Garage nearby.

Great service as ever from Ben, Kelly and the team including the wonderful four legged Customer Experience Manager. Always a prompt, professional and friendly service. Highly recommend for anything Land Rover related.

Once again I could not be more pleased.  The support and workmanship is excellent.  They truly are a great team and very very friendly.  Feel totally at home.  Otherwise why would I travel from Whitstable to get my car serviced and taken care of !?!

I hit a pothole and burst a tyre last Friday. Fortuitously I pulled off the road right outside this wonderful garage. The team were so friendly and all-round fantastic. Tyre was changed super quick and I was back on the road in no time! Very grateful and would highly recommend!

Great service from people who know these makes of car. Very helpful when we called with an issue. They examined, advised and charged us nothing for the benefit of their help. Friendly and efficient and we will be going back!
