Simmons Welwyn Garden City has lost the purpose of why people pop in to a coffee shop or bakery Let me remind you: To enjoy a cup of coffee in relative peace and calm atmosphere and be able to have a conversation. The atmosphere was not like it this afternoon. One staff member was sweeping the floor loudly, the other restocking the fridge and trying to be as loud as possible. The staff in the kitchen contributed their bit by smacking every single cuttlry as hard as hard as possible. To add to all that obviously the loud Disco tech music in the background, felt like a night club. Do you people even know what a coffee shop or a bakery means? Never returning there again.
