We teach yoga because we love it! Evolation Yoga Warwickshire is located in the heart of Warwick offering classes 7 days a week including Bikram(Hot 26), Vinyasa, Yin, Hatha & Hot HIIT. Classes for all levels & abilities taught by experienced teachers.

Recently moved to Warwick area and was so excited to find a hot yoga studio. Signed up for the introductory offer and from first contact  have been so pleased with Evolution Yoga . Two classes in two days and both teachers  Jas and Carla  have amazed me they are so welcoming to me as a beginner. Both classes I have been welcomed with open arms and been embraced into their practice. The teachers are at the top of their fields and motivate everyone in class , praising good posture or stillness and offering correction when needed - which I think we all need during our practice to improve and get maximum benefits. The studio is fabulous and has lovely showers after a great hot class and drinking water available free . So glad I found Evolution yoga and the fantastic people there . Come and try the classes on offer and remember each person has had a first day in Yoga so it’s not as daunting as you think walking in as the new student they welcome us and are genuinely excited to teach  see you on the mat soon .

A truly wonderful studio! I had been doing yoga for a few years but the idea of practicing in a heated room and its detoxifying effects appealed to me so I decided to give the introductory offer a go and I have been a member ever since.  All the teachers are friendly, welcoming and conduct their classes with care and passion and also push and motivate you to get the best out of your practice. There’s also encouragement to have some fun at the same time!  There’s a good variety of classes on offer at different times of the day so you are sure to find something to suit you and your lifestyle whether it be a more active fitness class or a more relaxing yoga class.  The Bikram Hot Yoga series especially, is an incredibly powerful practice that is physically and mentally challenging but you will leave class feeling strong, renewed and relaxed, and it has the ability to transfer into your daily life to be more focused, more present, more open, more grateful and live with more joy.  It has to be experienced! What are you waiting for? Give it a try!  A quality studio that has to be supported and kept open!

This is a great hot yoga studio. Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. Jas goes out of his way to welcome everyone, regulars and new people trying out hot yoga for the first time. All the teachers are incredibly professional whilst making it an enjoyable experience. Yoga has helped me immensely over the years despite having scoliosis and I always feel better after a Hot 60 or 90 minute class. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Evolation Yoga to anyone, young or old!

I have been doing yoga for 5 years in London and going to Evolation in Warwick for nearly two years, and I'd like to say Jas, the studio owner, is the very best yoga teacher I have been taught by. Every lesson I learn something knew. I am developing my technique every lesson and feel like I am always progressing. Thanks Jas. Plus, the variety of different yoga classes like Flow, Yin and Inferno Pilates means I can do multiple sessions per week and maximise body strength, flexibility and recovery. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this Studio, very unprofessional and not what you expect from a yoga studio! The Owner/Instructor Jas MADE UNWANTED ADVANCES to my friend and fellow Yogi who attended the studio daily. When she turned him down he cancelled her membership and told her to keep her mouth shut about it!  This made it impossible for me to attend so he agreed to pay back my yearly membership.  He never did despite putting it in writing, I took his company to court and won the case.  He was ordered by the Judge to pay both my membership and court costs back. For some reason Jas thinks he is above the law and despite having a CCJ against the company he has still not paid me back after 18 months. I understand Covid had an impact on the business, however that's no excuse now and he should have Public Liability Insurance for such circumstances. I've never left a bad review before but felt the need to after experiencing such appalling and unprofessional treatment.

These classes have done wonders for my core strength, focus and general well being. I was new to hot yoga when I started a few weeks ago, I was given clear instructions on how to deal with the heat in the room - and surprised myself on how quickly I adapted. Every class is different, the energy and / or time of day but the instructions are always clear from whoever is taking the class, I want to beable to just zone out and listen. I welcome being corrected on postures - as I really do want to get the benefit out of every class and there is a marked and vast improvement from my first class to now. Highly recommended

First session at Evolation Yoga this weekend. Male teacher was really unpleasant and hostile. Not sure if it’s the same man, but I can relate to Vicki Smiths post below and a few others have liked that post so it seems like we’re not the only ones… I left before the class even started because my initial conversation with the teacher was so unpleasant and belittling. On the bright side, he refunded me very quickly and I went for a lovely run along the canal instead.

Great tuition by Jas, throughly enjoyed the class . I am me to hot yoga but Jas takes you through all the poses so you are clear on what you need to do. There is a nice atmosphere and all the other yoga attendees were very chatty and friendly. A great yoga studio

Love this place so much! I have done yoga on and off for ten years now and been practising at Warwick for seven months now. This is the best yoga studio I have set my foot in. The instructors are great, my favourite class is the hot 26 which is a 90min class with 40-45 degree heat. I feel cleansed, strong and happy after these classes, especially when they’re led by Jass. Another great class I’ve been to it hot Pilates and yin yoga with Gail. These classes are difficult and anyone who would like to join needs to make sure they take their time with the postures when they first start, especially during the hot 26 class. It is an intensive class although when you leave you feel the best you every felt and look great for it too after a few months of systematic training!

I am very grateful to have a Bikram yoga Studio in Warwick. I sincerely believe Jas tries very hard to support all members. Yes maybe at times things are not perfect but overall its a nice, small and friendly studio. We should all support him to keep this studio going. The temperature is perfect....its hot yoga!!!!
