Loved the classes frim the moment I joined. I was worried about my level of fitness and that I had never tried anything like this before  but all doubts left after my first class. The classes are challenging and fun whilst managing to make you feel part of a team. The instructors are awesome pushing you to achieve what they know you can in a supportive way. Everybody should learn self defence and it should be with krav maga midlands

I have attended these classes since April 2016.  I cannot recommend them enough.  Tomasz runs the class here in Rugby, he is a great instructor.  Serious when he has to be, but very approachable.  The school Krav Maga Midlands is run by Bartosz, who does a great jobs.  There are numerous events and seminars to attend, all with the focus of using what you have, to be able to confidently defend yourself, should the need arise.  

The lessons have also done wonders for my Cardio, which was not lacking previously.

Krava Maga Midlands is a really professional school, all of the instructors are extremely knowledgeable and skillful and you will have no problem learning Krav off any of them. All of the guys you will be training with are really friendly and they are just regular guys(and girls) like you, you can always have a laugh with them.

Krav Maga is such an intuitive self defence system to learn, most of the techniques you will learn are easy and practical to use, I have personally only struggled with a few but that's down to my my complete lack of flexibility(possibly time for some yoga too).
Learning Krav will also help you to be mentally prepared for dangerous situations in real life, how to avoid them if possible and how to deal with them if not, which has personally boosted my confidence when I'm out and about.
One massive thing for me is that it is helping me to become fitter and keep that fitness, which I think is important to everyone. 

I highly recommend Krav Maga Midlands to everyone!!

The best shool in Warwickshire. Great coach Tomasz, and great team. I started 5 month ego, and I had the pleasure to train also with Russell, so I know wthat I have the best coach in UK. See You in Wednesday
