Lovely gym with everything laid out well. Lots of free weights and dumbbells. Staff are super friendly. Full functional, lifting and circuit space. Lovely to see such a busy mixed circuit too

This is the best gym that I have ever been a member, hands down! 

I, myself am a weightlifter that competes in the traditional Olympic lifts and this facility is the best place around for me to train, whilst this is not the case for all members the equipment available as well as the knowledge provided by the owner, Tom, is top notch.

Something that I never really considered when joining a gym was the atmosphere which at Upgraded Fitness is unlike any other gym I have ever been to, all the members there are friendly and happy to help out if you need a hand with anything. For me training at Upgraded Fitness has become as much a social activity as it has about training, join today, you won't regret it!

They were alright, however I cancelled my membership and was told I wouldn't get billed again but got billed anyway. I explained the situation in full via email and was told I'd receive a refund. I called a week later to ask why I hadn't received it and was told they reneged on that and that I wasn't getting refunded.

Decent gym but this was very badly handled.
