Lovely clean and smart gym. Friendly staff and pleasant environment. Good size pool, but slightly small changing rooms and sauna. Around 6 badminton courts as well as table tennis and climbing wall. Good price for gym membership, but slightly expensive for full packages (swimming, gym, sauna etc)

Upside Staff are great.. helpful and knowledgeable.. Great gym and pool that's accessible for wheelchair users.
Downside: Downstairs Disabled showers don't work properly (no hot water) and has been like this since November 2017 was told it was the responsibility of the council that own the building!! Disgusting that the council don't care. The 'Better' staff have been helpful with trying to resolve this but have been unsuccessful so far.

Rang and rang and rang...no one picked up. The website is very poor. It won't give the prices or explain who the instructor is, during swim sessions. Booking swimming lessons are separate, so know he isn't an instructor. 
Can someone please explain if I can get a one day/session ticket, for swimming  and does it allow me to use the sauna and jacuzzi?  Left an email and omg...it's going to take up to 3 days to reply!!! Ridiculous.  I want to go tomorrow 😠

Was much better before they updated everything.
Changing rooms/air temp always too cold. And kids pool time tables absolutely useless. They rent it out for too many different things, so that the sessions for public swim are about 50 minutes at a time. Also, they have a rubbish kids pool now, no features except some simple sprinklers. The old pool was much more interesting for kids. 
We'd now rather travel to Leamington to swim. They're open all day and have a FANTASTIC kids pool with slides and jacuzzi etc. Worth the 20 minute journey.
