The guy who assisted me was really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, I didn't feel silly asking questions (which can happen as i don't know much about bikes) he gave my bike the once over and made sure it was all tight, secure and safe to ride, and for no charge, i left feeling very reassured - could not be happier with the service, highly recommended as a friendly, competent bike shop :) thanks!

Great staff and really helpful to students. I have had some problems with my bike and they have been very friendly and down to earth. Their knowledge of bicycles is also very high. I would highly recommend students within the area and other people looking for bicycle queries to get in touch with Bicycle Doctor!

Got a Whyte Shoreditch Hybrid/commuter bike from these guys. They were a real help in finding the right bike for me which is ideal for what I am using it for. Top quality bike, plus, I also got lights a lock and mud guard for the rear. Very happy with both the service and the equipment. Highly Recommend!!
