My reviews are normally either hatchet jobs or five stars, but unusually I give this chap a three here. 1) His servicing is spot on, he does a good job, evidence to show he's took the bike apart... 2) It's a little overpriced - 20-40% over the competitors. Wish I was on that much an hour :o)

I have brought my bike in on a number of occasions. Generally with good service and with friendly staff. Unfortunately the last time I didn't need my bike back for a week, and hoped for the repairs to be done in that time (no pressure!). When I returned it turned out that my bike hadn't even been looked at. The response I received was "Well, that's the way it is". I should have left with my bike there and then, but wanted it back as soon as possible for the daily commute. I was told it would be done for the next day. When I arrived the following evening I was told that they were waiting for a part - the part I told them it was in the first place. Yet another day to wait. It's a shame as I did really like the place. I'll be going slightly further afield in future.

I have been here once and I had enough. They let me to drive my bike on a half inflated tube and put wrong tire size on my wheel. Of course afterwards there was an argument that I was supposed to come back (still half inflated and wrong size tire) and let them to fix it. I didnt because I was unsatisfied with service. After arguing I did get 70% refunded from tire cost. My personal experience with this company is bad.
