PLEASE, PLEASE read this !!!!!!!!!, my son brought some socks from BICICIELO for a Christmas present,as he only has a part time job I thought £32 was to much to spend on me at and go back to the shop to see if they would/could give him a refund. So he did and he came home stating how arrogant a guy named Mark was to him and he was sent on his way with no refund. As I knew manager Andrew and Mark I went up to explain hoping to see if they would refund as a good will gesture. I understand that they don't have to give refunds but they can as good will. As I spoke to Andrew he refused, I asked again to which he replied WHEN YOUR SON BROUGHT THOSE PARTICULAR SOCKS AT THAT TIME NO OTHER CUSTOMER WOULD OF BEEN ABLE TO BUY THOSE PARTICULAR SOCKS, again I explained that normally IT would not be a problem however my son can't afford £32 on socks. Andrew replied F##K YOU, F##K OF. Another staff member Steve came over and said GET OUT THE SHOP. If you want great customer service and especially if you need a bike repair walk straight past BICICIELO and go to 2 Wheels Only in Tamworth, it's only 7 miles from BICICIELO and they won't tell you to F##K OF What sums this up is Mark who a couple of years ago I stopped my bike and offered to help him as his friend had punctured, when Andrew after swearing at me realised I was a police officer he apologised and Mark said HES APOLOGISED WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT. CLASS ACT .

the best bike shop I have ever been in, they sell you the bike that's right for you not the most expensive. They fit you correctly even when you pay internet prices but you still get a 5 star service. The team here are cyclists who love their job and their focus is happy customers. If you are in the market do visit the shop before your purchase. Don't worry when you enter the shop you will think this is expensive, it's just a first class honest shop

When i'm walking to the pasty shop, the flags for the shop get in my way and i have to walk around them.

Disappointing after sales service on a bike that was listed as new but either damaged from packaging in [clearly] too small a box - not the original - or more likely just 'shop soiled' (display model?). Could have listed it accordingly and I'd probably still have purchased as it was discounted. Need to be clearer / more accurate with descriptions...

Excellent service by Mark and Ross! Very pleased with the work done on getting my bike back on the road! Highly recommended. EDIT - my gears became very loose after three weeks minor use and started to slip so adjusted from 5 stars to 3 stars :((
