The bike that I bought was delivered promptly and the personnel was really nice and friendly. I always enjoy a visit here because I always find everything I need for my bicycle. They could increase the variety of accessories a little bit but otherwise it's Ok. Prices are average to medium.
Great experience in store today. Excellent service from one of the lads who does car accessory fitting unfortunately didn’t get his name, but wanted to thank him for his advice. Can be a long wait in the queue though as many transactions can be complicated and take time. This is Halfords staffing fault though
Paid to have new plates made and fitted on a Thursday - by Monday the front plate was laying on the drive and only half of the rear plate was still stuck to the car. Having Halfords fit them was neither cheap nor successful. Went elsewhere to have the problem rectified.
Mum had gone to look for a pump for her tyres and asked a guy with long hair and a headband where they would be. Guy huffed loudly in her face and pointed in the general direction and says first aisle they were not. It was super quiet, no need for such an attitude. Seen in other reviews that the same guy has also been rude to other customers
Worst experience ever....I will never ever use them. Order placed...order collection time confirmed. I've turned up 20 min after the pickup time...items not ready. They called me after about an hour ..so I've had to drive again to pick up...no apologies, nothing....so what if I've wasted 30 min and my fuel... Last time I've checked I wasn't their employee....so they never respect the contractual terms and conditions but you have to pay upfront and if they are missing something they will arrange the refund in 3 working days.nnA total disgrace and the worst customer service.
