I wanted to by a moustache samedi race e mtb.I spoke to Nathan at adrenalineatv who helped me choose which model to get.I went for the race 8.Nathan got me the bike when he said he would, in fact slightly earlier.Went to collect it,Nathan had set it up ready for me .He talked me through the bike then back to the peak District to see what it was like.A revelation. A brilliant bike up and down hill in every respect.More ups more downs,More riding, More fun! When the bike developed a fault under warranty it was collected from me,parts ordered,repaired and returned to me within 7 days. A brilliant mobile service. . Martin Sheffield
Unless your expectation of a 12 month warranty is that you have to pay them an "Admin Fee" before they will even handle your claim, and also charge you for any labour costs, I wouldn't buy an Ebike from these people. The seat post dropper on my Moustache Ebike failed within 6 weeks of receiving it. They were unable to repair it, admitted it is a poor design " a real bad egg" in their words and suggested I buy an alternative and either fit it myself, or pay them to do so. Nathan claimed this approach is standard within the industry. A bit of research with other retailers confirms that it is certainly not the case. I did try to explain that Consumer legislation in the UK compelled them to fix my Ebike at no cost to me but I was initially given a load of nonsense and subsequently ignored. Eventually I spent £200 on a replacement part and fitted it myself.
Adrenalin ATV are the people you need to use to buy an Ebike! There service was excellent, Friendly phone conversations, hand shake followed by "do you want a coffee?" we all want coffee, eBike demo set up and let loose on the product at their HQ, checked out all the models, listened to what I wanted and suggested the products for me, once ordered they kept me updated upto the day it arrived. eBike was professionally assembled and demonstration was very welcoming to the new technology. From start to finish they were spot on and couldn't have asked for more. Nathan even keeps in touch now 5 weeks after the sale was completed. He has even invited me on day trips he has planned with other eBikers! Great fun! So 5 stars to AdrenalinATV for amazing work! well done
