As a new nervous patient I was very happy to find a practice that understands anxiety. From the really helpful reception staff, dental assistant and the dentist, they all made my 2 visits as comfortable as possible. One really quick filling and I was done for 6 months. A small amount of kindness makes a huge difference.
My daughter had her first appointment at Highfield on Friday and everybody was absolutely lovely! The reception team were very welcoming and the dentist and her team were great! They made my daughter feel very welcome and at ease.
First time taking my son who has autism to the dentist . Parents with a child with autism will understand my nerves regarding this lol . Our dentist ritika put my mind at ease very quickly by making sure my son was OK every step of the way . Showing him and explaining what tools she would be using and just generally putting him at ease . The receptionists were also extremely polite and friendly .
My experience from over 20 years has always been positive. They are always pleasant. And accommodate my autistic grandchildren with care and understanding
Very pleased with our experience at Highfield Road dental centre. Kenny at Highfield Road dental centre was absolutely fantastic. He was very thorough throughout the entire process of my mum getting new dentures and they have come out perfectly; she could not be happier with them. The fit and shape of the dentures are so much better than before, and we can not thank him enough. He made her feel very comfortable and at ease and we would recommend him. Thank you Kenny!
Dr. Adenus is absolutely fantastic. I needed two fillings & didn't need an injection beforehand, which is the first time in my life that I didn't need an injection before a filling. He also cleaned & polished my teeth & was extremely gentle. I felt completely relaxed both times. He is the best dentist I have ever had. I highly recommend seeing him. The receptionist are very friendly, helpful & efficient, I can't recommend them highly enough.
Dr. Chouhan is a wonderful dentist..the way examine and advise and clean teeth without any hassle..he is a nice person and his service is fantastic..Thank you chouhan
Went here today with my two teenage sons. Receptionists were friendly, professional and informative. Dentist and her assistant were outstanding. Good advice provided and were both fabulous with both of my sons. Considering how busy everyone was they all appeared really cheerful. I would highly recommend.
Worst dentist you’ll ever experience. And it’ll cost you your teeth. Stay away! Run away! Literally not going to the dentist is better than going to them. I had a root canal- the dentist here recommended an extraction- I went to another privet dentist, he said it was absolutely not an extraction, it is maximum a root canal. I stupidly chose to save the money and go NHS these guys over the privet dentist. It took months- literally 6 individual apportionment. At the end of which, I literally heard him, felt him the dentist crack my tooth in half- not kidding.. IN HALF! Like..the base of the tooth is still in my jaw, the top of the tooth is in his hand. He said nothing- he stuck a poorly fitting cap on the top, said nothing. The dental nurse literally handed me a mirror as I was leaving the dentist didn’t- he was rushing me out super quick… I didn’t fully understand what he’d done, I knew it was bad but I also am not a dentist. So I went back to the privet dentist and they confirm what he’d done, a few days later the cap fell off because it was attached to nothing and then it was super obvious. I went to the dentist via a compliant. I was told that the dentist said that didn’t happen and if I wanted help with my teeth I should have come back rather than going to another dentist. Yes, I should go to the person who just broke my tooth and ask him if he really did just do that. Literally, the dentist cost me a tooth and I wasn’t so much as an apology… RUN AWAY!!!
Great and friendly dentist and staff. My son has special needs and I have to say Dr Adenusi is the only dentist that has made my son feel relaxed and comfortable whilst having his check ups or any treatment done.
