All seemed good for a while - good price and a nice looking spacious bath delivered on time. However, less than a year down the line, a split has spontaneously appeared at the standing end of the bath on an upright section near the corner. It seems the 25 year guarantee is worth nothing and, despite several communications with their customer service department (which by the way is impossible to reach by phone) Better Bathrooms have refused to replace the item claiming we probably dropped something and split it - a totally ridiculous claim given the split is on a near vertical section of bath. It's clearly splitting due to standing weight when showering! My advice; buy a better quality bath from a seller who has a proper customer service team and will honour their guarantee.

Ordered online. Was very easy to navigate their page & place order. I received an email each time my order moved along the process. Items arrived quickly.

All seemed lovely in the showroom with all the nice bathrooms suits, this all changed dramatically once I had paid. The suit that was supposed to be delivered in five working days took seven. Even when the delivery was made they forgot the sink unit and that took a further three working days to arrive. This may not seem a big deal but I had a plumber booked that was charging me a day rate for fitting the furniture that was not there in time. Then when I finally finished my bathroom some three weeks later I opened the last part that I needed to fit "the toilet seat",.The seat was damaged and when I called to report this I was told unfortunately there was nothing more they could do. Really, just spent in excess of £1000 and been messed around and they could not even help with a £30 toilet seat that was damaged prior to it getting to me. I will be starting my en suit bathroom in the next six months and will definitely not be using better bathrooms! :-(

DELIVERY / ITEMS UNACCEPTABLE. The staff in the store seem professional and friendly, and the order process is simple. HOWEVER, DON'T BE FOOLED. They claimed our order would take 2 weeks (a primary reason for choosing the specific item rather than an alternative). 2 months later and we were still waiting... Eventually it arrived. The item arrived damaged, and had clearly been assembled before. The returns policy is dodgy - no refunds basically. They won't compensate you for any reason - delivery taken longer than promised, damaged goods etc, or even if you decided the unit wasn't right for you - tough you're stuck with it. You have to wait 45 minutes to get through to anyone on the phone. Absolutely shocking and reading other reviews I'm surprised trading standards haven't been called. Maybe they have...

Diabolical service, would not recommend. Wouldn’t give a refund so ended up with ‘in store credit’ which I didn’t want or need. Three failed delivery’s which wasted my time and cost me money and call waiting time for customer services is over an hour. Overall very poor and will not use again.
