I'm impressed they had a £1 mixed fruit pack, as well as a bunch of vegan options for quick snacks. That's much better than you get at most spas. Staff were a bit grumpy and wouldn't wait for me to get my card out of my purse before hurrying me along.
Rude staff, poor attitude. Refused to accept my evri parcel. Lazy, arrogant and entitled. Its perfectly wrapped, and not over the weight limit! Wouldn’t trust them to look after your parcel before it’s collected. Wish I had checked the reviews before heading down. Laughable!
Would love to give them a 0 rating. A very bitter experience in returning my Amazon package. Highly irresponsible staff with no focus on customer services.
Very small shop with little light but condidering this they fit alot in, they do evri, a cash machine, chocolate, chilled food, ect, not much space at counter, staff seemed friendly
I took Amazon Evri parcel and they refused to accept it saying Evri hadn't collected the parcels for the previous 2 days and the storage was full. Absolute rubbish and pathetic! Sort it with Evri or Amazon in a timely manner. Want extra money but don't want to do the minimum they should do????
Absolutely shocking customer service from both female staff members today. I came in with an evri package and neither staff said hello. I was told very abruptly by the older lady ‘at the other till’. Customer service training required. Appalling
Tried to take a parcel to this shop for myHermes drop off, rejected once as they said it was too heavy so came back again after checking the weight and dimensions of the boxes and the person on the counter still refused to take them. Awful service, rude staff. Overpriced convenience shop as it's in the station so think they can charge silly money.
One star is being polite, extremely rude unhelpful staff , have no interest in working .
Rude and grumpy staff. Have no interest in helping you with parcel returns. If you are first in the shop to return a parcel they make you wait untill other customers have been served buying items. My mum carried 2 parcels in to the shop All they said was "we cant take them. No room in the cupboard" no apology nothing. Such grumpy miserable people.
Never in my whole life have I had to deal with so rude and miserable people. I’m not sure why they were so disgusting with me considering I was just returning a parcel but honestly, I will never ever set foot in this place again. This blonde curvy lady should be fired for being so inappropriate.
