Very helpful. Much better than Bensons

Poor communication, poor customer service and poor quality product.. Ordered beginning of January, was informed of a 2 week delivery wait. We surprised when they delivered within a week, until it arrived without the head board. After calling Sleep solutions and being promised call backs, delivery dates within a week, nothing arrived until 6 weeks later after 6 calls and no call backs. When the head board arrived, it was half the size of the display model in the Didcot shop. Clearly they are using different head boards to scam customers into a quick sale. Also, the wood and screws supplied for the head board are very poor quality, very shallow screw heads and the holes drilled out badly. Shockingly bad company.
